Terrible Had to wait half an hour to update my SB and POMIS pass books, after a long wait the lady staff says you can take the pass books n come some other time. Finally a good soul, have seen him on my previous visits also , answering queries and helping customers, got my pass book updated in a few minutes. Especially the female staff are very lazy and unprofessional . They should be taught customer service and the value of work. Avoid this place if you can, they will never change, I regret having deposited there.
