I went to Rock Perch with my family and had a pleasant stay through out. The location of the resort is the first and the best thing you will notice. It over looks the plain and the view is spectacular through out the day. The grandeur is real and breathtaking. Resort serves food through its restaurant called Zing which is quite nice as the food is very very tasty. Due to lack of better options around, the pressure is on the restaurant and kitchen staff who try there level best to serve all needs. The price is on the higher side, including the beverages as Sterling is rightly placed in the service chain. The restaurant is brimming with people at most times. There are other facilities available too that makes it ideal for one to travel with friends or family. Few of these are chargeable while others are complimentary. Yercaud is naturally beautiful and Sterling provides the right base for your trip. The overall service could be more consistent in terms of how different functions in the resort work in tandem to provide you the best experience. I will give them 8.5 out of 10 for the money I have spent at Rock Perch during my stay.

Great ambience. Good food. Well maintained rooms with all facilities like gym spa etc. Temperature around 19 deg c during evening with fog. An experience I never forget. Thanks

Very scenic place. Rooms are good and well provided. But the food was absolutely average. Even the South Indian regular, food was tasteless.

Nice accommodation.. Very good views of the valley and a beautiful view of Salem at night.. The buffet food was yummy.. The only down side is the Yercaud itself as there is nothing much to do there..
