Good for those who have offices in financial district. Quite expensive and overrated. Small flats but amenities are good. Good place for working professional not families

Quite overrated and expensive. Pros- good facilities for swimming, tennis, badminton and basketballs Cons- Poor RWA, small condo rooms, very high maintenance & rent, drinking water issues - rely on poorly managed bottled water supply. Parking areas are full of dust and water seepages. Very large amount of noise pollution due to generators and AC plants adjacent to Accenture office in Mantri campus even during nights. Not a great place for family - as superstore in house is expensive and no food joints inside.
