i am taking my time to write this review because i don’t wont others to face the same problems which i have faced. I brought my bike (FZS ver 2.0) from patny motors near police lines, begum pet. it has been 1 year and i have taken my bike 5 times for service and not even a single time none of the problems were cleared even after i have told them for all 5 times. Sometimes they even didn’t change engine oil still i have to pay money. There is a guy named Teflon and he always insists to take Teflon and rust coating which costs higher than outside, i used to receive calls from service centre about how the service was. For first 2 times I have told them that it is okay and for 3rd time I have told that it’s the worst service centre, after that I have never received calls about service. Accident There is a time I have met with an accident and taken my bike for repair, machining charges and labor charges are much higher than spare parts charges, when I questioned about it they told me that they don’t have proper equipment so they have to make it form other places. My accident was a mare skid and the bike chassis has to be re shaped I even wonder how it has to be?? This is my personal experience and review only. Patny motors is worst service centre I have been to and don’t deserve a single star but there is no lesser rating than single star.
