Solar water heater is leaking. Quality of the product is NOT up to the mark. If you are expecting the ROI within few years, you are wrong because I am not expecting our Water heater to last long. Their Support staff was courteous and quick, but end of the day, what matters is quality product and quality service. Dealer mentioned 5 years warranty. Lets see if Suntek honors Dealers word. I will update my experience shortly.

Solar water heater storage tank is of poor quality. Water started leaking in 1.5 years. Better to go for branded company solar heaters as they offer 5 years warranty on tank.
