i went to one tiffin hotel infront of ASHA HOSPITAL ,road no -14 banjarahills in the name and style as GOVIND DOSAs (hotel),He take Rs 30.00 per water bottle instead of Rs 19.00 MRP and received the food bill which is not taxable and that bill not showing the TIN. when we arguing about the matter he came and simply replying it is our choice and we are having change problem so we rounded the MRP Rs 30.00 instead of RS 19.00 Is that hotel why not registered ? Plz register the hotel under your ACT ,if possible a less amount may be penalised to make him realize .
