Miduturi PavaniAs zero rating is not possible, forced to give a one star. I had to utilise their laundry services coz they are in the apartment complex and looks like its the biggest mistake. My order was supposed to be delivered ten days ago but had been trying to follow up for three days now. Every representative that i speak to in the last three days says..maam it will be delivered by tomorrow 12:00pm but that tomorrow never arrives.Even when i ask for my clothes to be delivered AS IS, no luck with it. Three days of numerous phone calls and still the same response. If you care and want your clothes back , please DO NOT trust S BRICKS. Worst customer service ever..in all ways possible.

Mohan RaoAs zero rating not possible so gave one star.My first service got screwed up.Mason by name SAGAR used worst quality tiles, which were broken in few days.All attempts to call mason or the company failed.

Chaitanya Kumarworst service. be very strong with them or else they will take you for a ride. took a day off on which i called them for home cleaning and mattress sterilization... they called me at about 8.45 am and said they were starting... but the people reached at 1.00pm and without mattress sterilizer. when asked about the reason there was no answer... and they complain that my place (shivam road, new nallakunta) is far off from their place. about the cleaning part it was even more worse... they will tell you beforehand that things cannot be cleaned and we should not complain. we have to show them personally that they can be cleaned. and they were in a hurry to leave as they have come from a far off place. all the cobwebs and dust are as is. they say the vacuum cleaner is very powerful and if it cannot suck means that cannot be cleaned. let me tell you it is an empty flat. they charged me Rs.3500/- for it and with no bill. next day the person came with mattress steriliser. it is a 5 min job, we have to help him with the mattresses and it was charged Rs. 1000/- for one deewan mattress and one queen size mattress that too without bill. my sincere advice is just be strong if you want to call them for home cleaning... but i wont reccommend it to anyone... p.s. u can understand how frustrated i am to take time and write this review...
