Long billing counters and untrained billing staff. Had 2 horrible experiences. Not going back again. The only good thing about this place is that it has ample and free parking.

Many prices at MRP. Biggest let down is billing counters.. Extremely slow in my all 3 visits.. Fresh fruits and vegetables are good..

The opening of the store was very good. There were lots of fruits and vegetables like Rambutan, Mangosteen, Peaches which are generally not available at Reliance or Hypercity. But now nothing special. Same things which you can get at any other store. This was the first super market where I couldn’t paneer and safal frozen peas. Agarbatti section had just 3 options Cycle, Lia and Soham. The worst part is no discounts. There is not even a single rupee discount on any of the items apart from a particular section. Where as Reliance of D-Mart offers minimum 4-6% discount on each item purchased. Was excited about this place and ditched Reliance Smart which is just 100 mts from my place but I think R-Smart is a much better option.
