The garage is remotely located; prepare to loose better part of your day. Factor for loss of time. Wish Volkswagen folks located the garage at a better accessable place. If possible prefer alternate nearby garage. Compunding the customer misery is the PPS Motors - the dealer - doesnot have free pickup and delivery unlike Sundaram Honda nor they have at least pickup and drop at one of their showrooms.

Kishore KWhen my POLO met with a minor accident, I happened to visit this service center in Feb 2015. After that first service experience, I opted to give my car for servicing at their service center whenever needed. The people at the front desk are warm and welcoming and the customer lounge is very well maintained. Special mention to Mr. Prasanna(manager), who has always been very nice and helpful. Honestly, its because of his hospitality since first meet, I chose PPS motors over another service center which is closer to my home. Their service has always been very satisfactory and the delivery of the vehicle after service is also on time. Thanks You.
