Ranjitha is just a commercial person and she does not even bother for a second to manipulate you. At any cost she just wants to cease the lead. That all. She only deals with OT but when i called her for speech therapy she told me that that she can give speech therapy and communication therapy too. She misleaded us successfully and made us to join our kid in OT. after two months when i asked her about speech therapy... she said it would come soon. at that time she didnt have speech therapist in her centre she was just trying to keep her lead to get money. instead of saying she doesnt hv speech therapy she told us that our kid is not ready for speech. Shame on her. when i told her he does not need OT she just lost her patience and started yelling at me. We hv wasted 3-4 months over there. she used to hv 2 experienced persons for OT. but now one trainer is already left. instead of replacing the position with an experienced trainer she hired 2 freshers with BOT degree. Here also she is trying to save money by hiring freshers. and charging 600 INR per 45 min session. If she wants to charge this much she should provide the same quality. if we decide to discontinue the sessions she does not even give us proper report on our kids. Her receptionist also a pathetic lady she doest even know how to respond properly.

She is an arrogant lady, who does not want to hear any positive points about kids. When it comes to OT or BT therapist need to work with the parents too. She doesnt even review the kids development once in a month. She was reluctant to give any inputs to us in order to speed up the therapy.
