If you are looking to transform then this is the place for you. I highly recommend personal training I have been taking with rehman. I think he is the best he knows very well when to increase the intensity of workout and he constantly motivates me if you are not going to gym you can definitely expect a message from him

Gym is always neat but washrooms are ugly. Less crowd in the day time and overcrowded in the evenings. Bad service. Poor management. No qualified trainers. Over promotion of personal training. Annoying songs. 90% of the people regret after paying amount to the personal trainers. No replacement of some of the damaged exercise equipments. Prices keep fluctuating from time to time.

Joining the Gym was something I procrastinate. However, the service I received from the 1st day onward have been great with good facilities and great environment. My trainer- Satish is very friendly and will push you to the best of your ability. They are extremely supportive, open and able to help, and they will work with you on anything you want. Worth every penny! Clean and modern gym.
