Experiencing very casual approach by service department. My vehicle MH20 CS 4250 has been dropped on 17.5.2017 to change the brake-pad and Disc of front Left wheel. Unfortunately after enough and frequent follow up I am not getting any concrete response on vehicle service status. Only I am getting stereotype answer, " parts are not available in entire AP & TS and we will confirm you shortly". No return calls in last 3 days on my queries. This is not a professional approach.

Gr8 service and even if there are some issues regarding the service , The dealership owner responds to the issue himself on receiving complaint. And sees to it that they are resolved.

Very friendly ford salesmen. Nice place to book or enquire for a Ford vehicle. You need to keep left on the tolichowki flyover to reach here, because the showroom is at immediate left side where the flyover ends. Taking a route beneath the flyover is a bad idea because there is traffic congestion always because of road construction going on.

Very bad service. They charge high but do nothing. Would recommend to get it done from outside rather than From fortune Ford. Manger does not respond to your call.
