Worst staff , especially the person who inspects vehicle during registration.They wont give you value and they wont treat you properly if you go directly without approaching broker. This is not fair , government should concentrate on issues and stop corruption in RTA offices.

Rta is more of a money spinning dept..pay money to brokers n get any service done on time...no point in complaining ..either wait for regular process or get it done by paying extra...RTA is still controlled by brokers..hope more digitisation will eliminate brokers..more amenities are expected as there is literally no sitting area to wait..it is more congested on most of days..
