Faiyaz MdWe had NSC purchased from Uttar Pradesh (PO 274305) which got over in Jun2017. Since we moved to Hyderabad in 2011, went to Sakkubainagar PO ( 500008) in July-2017 to en-cash the NSC certificates. Even though the this post office is connect to CBS and have internet facility also, the post master declined to process our request. He mentioned that we have to go to mother PO where the certificates were initially issued. He became very rude and he also seemed to be biased when we told him the actual process of getting the NSC encashed. The process getting NSC in across India is very easy if the POs are connected through CBS and have internet facility, we just need to submit original NSC certificate and original identity proof to the post office where we want to encash. The concerned person will verify the authenticity using CBS and internet. Once the verification is done, then the money will be payable to you in the same post office immediately. That’s it I will raise this concern to appropriate authority against the post master on Sakkubainagar(PO No 500008) for his rude and biased behaviour so that necessary action should be taken against him.

Srinivas VissapragadaCome here only if your have lots of time to while away. The guy here takes 10 min for each activity, however small. Good help you if you have to send something like a speed post or a money order.....

ahmed zahid hussainsakku bai post master is very good. people come with incomplete addressees and letters without addresses and blame the post master for slow response. infact this post office is less crowded and offers a good service . am coming to this post office since 2014 and never had any issue. 5 stars form my side. please note the timings its 9:30 am to 1:30 pm afternoon.
