A nice cozy place to spend with frnds and families. They have a vast range of different types of teas, and all r unique in taste from one another.. The have sides too but i love their tea varieties.. Service is however a lil slow

This is the kind of place I would take my friends saying, "the place is a dump, the service is poor, buy what a good selection of teas, and what scrumptious samosas!" Unfortunately, the staff and service are really really bad. The waiter could not communicate properly in English or Hindi, and the television was turned on really loudly playing a Telugu movie.

Pasta was decent but the eclair was pathetic. When we asked to heat the eclair the waitress answered rudely saying that its not possible. This amongst the top worst experiences i ever had

Place is heated in summer. Non functional ac Customer service is poor. It took 45 minutes to start preparing order of 1 masala chai.. Nit ideal place to spend time.
