Venki RocksIf you have idea about exercise . You could join. General trainers are not good, they just make you to do some dumb exercise. And even dont have a confidence. Equipment is too good I can give 5 star for it. If general trainers are increased then its good. But worth a take look at gym. I am here for 6 months.
