Location and ambience is good. Service is worst.Normally when we book room swimming access is provided.its not like that they charge seperate and its surprise!!!!. The management should go and visit other resorts and make the changes accordingly.pool is not clean .no lights on the streets and i have to use my mobile torch while i walked.2000 rs is too high if they dont provide basic service.

Peaceful place. Good and clean restaurant and amenities. Menu is limited. If you are not spicy food lover tell in advance. No power backup in resort. Swimming pool area is direct to sun. Few sun shades and recliners in this area would be better. Bathrooms need better maintenance. Staff in general are soft spoken and accomodative. Its not the same for the overall incharge person on 24th mar 2017 who behaves very arrogant and disrespectful to clients
