    I have never experienced such a homely feeling in any of the hospitals. Luthra maternity centre makes you not only comfortable but answers all your queries and you are left with no doubts in mind. It is a team of highly professional doctor and good management staff and is considered the best maternity hospital in Dehradun.

    The staff and the management is very uncooperative. Recently time we visited them after making an appointment for 11.30 am, we were told that phone appointments do not matter and we have to wait 2 hours at least to see the doctor. We were charged INR 500 as consultation fees, and not receipt was provided. The doctor did not give a proper prescription and chose to wrote on the backside of another prescription that she had given a year back. We were prescribed some diagnostic tests and were asked to come back after the results were out. The results took sometime to arrive and we revisited the clinic to show the report after nine days. The staff informed us that this will count as a new checkup because apparently there we were supposed to revisit within 7 days. Who do they think they are? These clinics are exploiting hapless patients citing rules made up to profit them. Me and my friends will boycott this clinic. and I will take this issue to the consumer court as well.

    My experience in Luthra nursing home has been very warm and memorable. This hospital not only gives you the medical service it promises, it gives you a memorable experience. The staff is very polite and caring. Dr.Arti Luthra, the proud owner and head doctor of this hospital, is the most patient doctor who will listen to your problem,queries and provide best and safest medical assisstance possible. My experience was worth it in this hospital. Thankyou

    I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for the wonderful treatment and care you all showed to me following my recent ovarian cyst laparoscopic surgery. Before I came into hospital for the operation, I was very nervous and daunted by the fear of the unknown but you were all so kind and reassuring when I arrived which took away a lot of my apprehension. You demonstrated your total commitment into caring for me when I was helpless in the days immediately following the operation and also gave me the support and encouragement I needed to take my first steps on the road to my rehabilitation which meant so much to me. I’d like to particularly thank Pushpa sister and Anita sister who provided me with round the clock nursing care and to Dr Arti luthra and dr abhishek khanna (anaesthetist) his surgical team for their expertise in the operating theatre and for their post-operative support. These were members of the team whom I saw on a daily basis and whom I became particularly close to during my stay in the hospital. However, I’d also like to thank all the other people, too numerous to mention, who all played such an important part in my treatment and recovery.
