BSNL should closed down its services. They are headache of majority of user. But being government funding and support they are activating as high headed organisation. The call centres have made it worst. Automatic replies and sms does not serve any purpose. I have been making complaints for my ailing telephone for last one month. Recently fourth time I did it few minutes before. The same reply and a new complaint number. BUT WILL ANYONE COME AND REPAIR IT? The issue is no different for for broadband.
