My mother and sister visited their showroom on the 31st of July 2017. Although there was a salesman present in the showroom, he simply did not show any interest to interact with the potential customers. When the service was finally provided, there was a complete lack of knowledge about the jewellery / diamonds. The sales representatives need to be trained not only with regards to jewels and precious stones, but also on how to behave with customers. I doubt we would be visiting this showroom any time again.

Nice showroom . A lot of staff . Good service . Need to maintain their furniture . Stuff is expensive . Cheque need to be cleared . So shop during bank timings .

One of the worst services, request do not repair any old jewelry over here as they will complete the job with no finishing and will not agree to their mistake at all. Also please check all the jewelry u purchase and self found lots of defects after reaching home. And the exchange procedure after that is much more pathetic.
