I had a wonderful time here and thoroughly enjoyed the 200 hour teacher training course. The teachers are experienced and we learnt so much more then just yoga.For an all round experience of what yoga incorporates including vedanta,meditation and chanting. I would recommend Yoga vedanta. The experience of living in an ashram was an experience I will never forget. Thank you to all the staff for making my visit comfortable and memorable.
