Sakana SundasI just completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher program at Spirit Yoga Foundation and believe me my life has changed - my personality, my outlook towards life and my soul, heart and mind. And not only me, but all my batch mates who have passed through narrate the same, such is the magic created by the teachers and the staff of the School. The best part was teachers would go the extra mile to solve our problems and make classes highly interesting through their teaching styles. They made us understand that teaching and learning yoga, both, is a gift of god and it is our privilege that we got it and now it is our duty to spread this knowledge to the world. "

I have done one week Rural -based community service and I enjoyed lot and this is a social service run by this foundation which give me spiritual satisfaction..

pradyumna dasI completed my 200 hour Hatha Yoga training. I had positive experience and I would highly recommend the courses here. The yoga instructors (for practicals) were excellent, quite knowledgeable, well prepared and thorough in their instructions. They were respectful and eager to assist students as needed. Additionally, they assured us that we could contact them anytime in the future if we have any questions on yoga. The instructors for theory classes (anatomy, physiology and ayurveda) were well prepared and the presentations were informative, engaging and relevant to the course. The classes with Guruji was a bonus. We enjoyed his classes discussing the meaning of yoga. We had a lot of engaging and energizing conversations with Guruji. Last, but not least, though I was not a residential student, I was provided accommodation to rest between the classes during the day throughout the session which made my course more enjoyable and I appreciate it very much.

Shreya ChaudharyAs a psychology student I always try to find the new dimensions of life to have a peaceful n healthy life and one of the best dimension I found at spirit yoga foundation where I enrolled for 15 Days Yoga and Ayurveda Course. The yoga instructors were well knowledged and co operative. The ayurveda practice helps to cleanse our body and shatkarmas, pranayamas cleanses our soul. It brings me a different meaning of life. It gave me the opportunity to become a part of social service where I participated in women empowerment programme as well as education and skill development programme in tribal areas of Pauri Garhwal. The accommodation and food facility was awesome. I recommend to join SYF for better understanding of human life
