To The Management Tata Motors This is just to share my experience with after sales services after owning 3 tata cars consecutively since 2002. I recently got my car serviced and repaired at Mohan Motors, Rishikesh. In one sentence I can comment that at Mohan Motors, servicing is a complete peace of mind. Over the past 13 years of Tata cars ownership, I had the opportunity of getting my cars serviced at different TASCs and in different cities. Mohan motors makes servicing a breeze (unlike few other TASC where it is worse than a nightmare) The owner of the workshop takes time from his busy schedule and visits EACH car in the workshop The result is that all the employees work with full devotion and sincerity. Also they do not overcharge in terms of cost or unrequired repairs. Being a Doctor, I find little time for car servicing, but at Mohan Motors I am sure that I can leave my car in safe and sincere hands witout the risk of inflated repairs or spurious parts. All the managers and mechanics pay full attention to the complaints mentioned and try their their best to get them rectified. SUCH SERVICE IS NOT OFFERED BY ALL TASCs. Excuse me to mention about Brijlax Motors, Varanasi, where I got my car serviced few times. First of all the managers there demand money for TIMELY rectification of faults. Secondly, the mechanics there dismantle the parts and then disappear from the site for hours together. Thirdly, they are never eager to listen to all the complaints and try to convince the owner that one has to do with it. Fourthly, even the commonly required parts are never available in stock. Servicing at BRIJLAX Motors, Varanasi was such a nightmare taht I had decided NEVER to buy another TATA car, but a few visits to MOHAN Motors has changed my idea and because of their excellent services, I feel to purchase TATA cars in the future as I feel that Mohan Motors have the ability and the mentality to keep its customers worry free.
