Pleasant stay in rattans regency...the manager was very generous and kind hearted. The staffs were polite in nature and cleanliness was maintained. One of the best hotel in roorkee and it is very near to iit roorkee.

Good experience. Very friendly staff. I was travelling alone, so was initially slightly apprehensive, but I was made to feel quite comfortable and safe. Food was okay. Overall it was value for money.
