HCOM Human ResourcesStay away from this company. We recently had the experience of dealing with them. They cheat in their weights & measures. They would only work on 100% advance, and once you have paid that they would harass you no end. We bought 100kg of 19.5gm (3start neck) preforms, while the weighing balance at their factory showed 100kg. On counting the preforms the total count was 4950 preforms (4950*19.5gm = 96.525kg), therefore short of 3.5kg OR 179 preforms. Further despite making 100% prepayment and furnishing UTR number of the transaction. The proprietor Mr Nitin Garg, refused to give delivery, resulting in waiting 3 days, and 2 rounds of our pickup truck to their factory. God save such customer unfriendly businessmen. We will never deal with them again.
