Very nice rooms excellent services and staff manager are also very good one of the best hotel to stay in agra no 1 hotel in agra to stay.

Very Poor. We had booked a 3 beds room online after calling them. the owner confirmed the booking and told that he had reserved the room with 4 beds (as this option was not showing up online). He gave his commitment in words that once we reach there, we will be upgraded definitely to a 4 beds room with extra 100 rupees. When we reached there, the owner Mr. Anil Agarwal, did not stay on his words and had given that room to someone else. We being the 4 members needed 4 beds room, and then when we told that you should stay on your words, he started fighting. This is not the behavior expected from a hotel owner. Also, there is no parking in the hotel. You have to park your car in the near by Agra Fort station parking which has an additional charge of Rs 250/- per night. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone ever specially due to the misbehavior of the owner.

Very good service and location also Taj Mahal (2.0 kms aprox) and Red Fort (1.5kms aprox ) are close to this hotel i pick this hotel because i want near to Agra fort railway station and google map shows it around 50 meters and really it just from the exit of railway station( platform 6) though the gate were closed of the station(EXIT) but there is enough gap to get through. So the room was allotted to us is good nice comfy bed bathroom is also peachy only the prob i face is the hot water timing written on the door but that is not an issue because the hot water was available at that time.but i was notified hot water will be available all the time Food is also good service is also up-to the mark Owners are very helpful they let us know about every place to visit and the charges which an auto rickshaw would take , good ambiance and all market is close. Overall my experience is nice would stay here again if i visit Agra.
