We reached hotel and room was ready. Room service was prompt. Check-in and check-out was fast. Food was good. Late in the night dinner on order was served promptly and standard of food was good. It was a nice stay overall

We had very bad experience with the hotel. Due to certain reasons. And, I will list all one by one. 1. Tv without signal or no channel. I was surprised to see that they have cable connection with channels like starplus, zeetv, sony , colors blocked. On asking at reception, they said to watch other channels. Surprisingly other channels were not having signal. 2. Bad condition of chappati delivered in the Dinner. I have asked butter roti. But condition of roti was like roasted papad. 3. Mattress on bed was very poor in condition. We were not able to sleep. Feeling was like we were sleeping on a spring bed. And spring were hitting till we were on the bed. Shame on management of this hotel. Guys avoid booking this hotel. Wastage of money.
