This is regarding money payback request for the services which were not consumed by me and got assurance from you, that my money is safe. I got this assurance during my multiple visits to VLCC Allahabad. In 2015 I booked Bridal package of Rs 30000 approx. I took only Pre-bridal services from the overall package so You assured that my balanced money which is close to Rs.13000 is safe and can be utilised in future.You also promised me for sending receipt of services used by me after each visit, for which I never received any mail. Upon my request of refund of balanced amount, you told me that it cannot be refunded but you may take service of equal amount in coming time. Since, now I stay in Ghaziabad, I even requested you to transfer the amount to VLCC center in Ghaziabad or Noida to which you said that 40% amount will be deducted for which you discouraged me. Finally an agreement was made that you will send me the coupons for my balanced amount which I never received. My last visit to Allahabad centre happened during last Diwali when again you promised the same and you validated the email ID and phone no. once again. I had been very patiently listening to all the promises made by you so far, which proved to be a fallacy. But now I lost all the confidence in VLCC and feeling cheated. It will be highly appreciated if I receive all my money back asap to avoid further escalation of matter to the highest levels.
