I had joined in 2012 as I was really done with boring and monotonous GYM workouts and wanted to explore something different. Totally loved the classes really helped me a lot in increasing my metabolism, losing weight and never felt bored at the end of the day. Classes filled me with a lot of energy and felt energetic and all geared up after the classes. Sir and Maam both are really good the do pay attention to each of the person in the class. The classes apart from being incredible for the boday are affordable as well. Keep up the great work!

It is the best fitness centre, I have ever across. Under one roof and same time slot, one can enjoy different way of exercising everyday. There workout really helps in weight reduction and toning. I guess one must try it.
