shivangi maganWorst experience in terms of customer service. I took the connection 2.5 months back. After the payment cheque cleared nobody came to install the connection at my place. On repeatedly following up I was informed that the connection cannot be made at my locality due to some technical issues at their end. Its been long I have been trying to connect to them for my refund but all I get is fake promises that the refund will be made in 2-3 days time.
