First of all request you to UPDATE your timings online!! It says it remains opened till 10 pm but its NOT TRUE!! I was late by 5 mins to make the payment online and the person cancelled my order!! Did not even think of how urgently I needed the cake. NOT AT ALL customer centric!! WORST EXPERIENCE
