On friday Dec 9th 2016 prdered a 5-IN-1 Zinger meal box at KFC in Terminal 1D, IGI airport, New Delhi and swiped my card to make the payment but the executive told the transaction failed twice and I then made an cash payment. But i was debited the amount from account also. when i spoke to the manager regarding the same he told its a mistake and the money will be credited back to my account in 24 hrs. but still it hasnt been credited back to my account and now when i try contacting the KFC customer support they say that outlet is not therez. These people cheat customers like this and present a happy face.
