Very uncooperative staff....there are no any system to handle water bills, they had no any updated website, no complete information about anything..... Ridiculously they pasted a printout permanently that the server is down when it will become active the duplicate bills shall be provided.

Staff is now much better over the years. The new government has certainly brought about changes in the style of them dealing with people. Print outs and sms facility is now promoted properly very convenient. Still scope for improvement.
