MOST PATHETIC BATA STORE EVER ! I bought a product from this store amounting Rs. 1599/- (this much of amount just for a leather chappals, just because it was of bata, i bought it) it was broken/torn just after 2 days of usage, when i went to the store for its replacement/ return, there was no manager to attend our issue, her representative talked in a most ruthless/barbarous/disrespectful manner, and denied any help for its exchange/ return. They said we can only repair it. My question is why would i use a repaired product after spending 1600 Rs. Highly pissed off with the services rendered by this showroom and Bata.
