Poor client handling- Poor after sales service Hi, My name is Sushil. I purchased Hitachi inverter ac worth 50k and now getting frustrated since last 3 days. No body yet called for installtion And their commitment was of 2 days max. When i went to back to Croma, another blunder happened. Service manager called installation team for more than 50 times and all 50 times phone was busy. Can you imagine this is their service level. Poor client handling, poor after sales service.

Barbaad, Ghatiya, ni body care to the company, just name no after sale service, customer service zero, delivery service zero, trying to scam the customer....... dont have ghatiya words more to explain ... Reliance is far better .... guys go for it... they dont have discount but they can give you iron free of cost..... and delivery on time
