    Very efficient system . I went for biometrics , it hardly took 20 min to complete the formalities. But when I went to washroom it was conveniently occupied by staff busy in makeup , ignoring queue of applicants . In the meantime another staff came and simply entered the wash room, watch man explaining me it is single. Finally I went outside the center , found one after lot of struggle in absence of signage. I believe staff need to taught some basic courtesy, otherwise good experience

    Waiting lodge is not good. Else rest part of OFC is well organised. Also all Sundays are opened from 1PM to 5PM.

    Staff is cooperative, no one can help, we still have to learn standing in queue. Google still shows wrong Office hours It opens on Sunday too.

    No need to bring too many documents. Just Appointment Confirmation, DS-160 Confirmation letter and Passport (They just need to associate the biometrics and photograph they take with the VISA application!). The process hardly took more than 15 minutes. Very friendly staff.

    Its my first visit to US visa ofc centre. The office is in International Trade Tower (red building). If you are coming by metro take exit 2. I have apllied for b2 visa and The only things you need to carry - 1.your passport 2. Ds 160 confirmation 3. Appointment letter Thing you dont need- 1. Photos 2. Bags and mobile( if you accidently bring they will ask you to switch it off) There are seats to wait if you reach earlier than your schedule time. The staff is very humble. • The process is very easy after you got a token no. • They will ask you sit in a small chamber where they will ask your Name, Dob and visa type and • after that they will take your photo and fingerprints and give you instructions for visa interview and • its done there!

    US embassy will collect fingerprints for US visa before consulate interview. And biometrics. so, then they handover the work to a private company named VFS Global. This centre also known VAC(visa application centre) centre. OR OFC (offsite facilitation centre) appointment center. The centre remains closed on us embassy official holidays or Indian holidays. I suggest the applicants please bring DS 160 confirmation page if they have an appointment there and also print the appointment confirmation page. Applicants can also connect there passport after issuing visa if they choose in the post of delivery New Delhi before connecting Thappa sports place bring your ID proof with original and photocopy. If there is any enquiry needed please right back to my review.

    Came here for biometrics process is carried out in an orderly and fast fashion. you can carry cell phones here they will just ask you to switch off and keep inside.
