Hari KaulI ordered a cake for my wife for delivery on 6th Jan. They did not deliver on 6th. I asked them for a refund. They sent a chaprasi on 10 Jan at 10 pm with a old stale cake and flowers. They gave two 100 rupee chocolates as compensation. My wife was shocked. She refused to allow the man in the society as it was awkward. They harassed my wife to accept the cake. And she had to. I called them, they understood who was calling and did not pick up my calls. Everything ok but paying for this harassment is so pathetic
