They use a holistic approach, incorporating strength, posture, endurance along with promoting a healthy eating regime. Trainers are very knowledgeable in their field, and quickly understand our goals and advise varied regimes. They are attentive to what each client needs, what their limits are, and how far they can push . Our trainer , Abhishek ensures that the technique is always correct to avoid any injuries; plus he is always set up with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy working out here and would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated group of trainers.

Sakshi GuptaYou begin with 0 knowledge, and you grow while feeling it here. The exercise regime is customised on order to suit the needs of the entire batch. The trainers pay attention to every individual in a batch, no matter how many are there. The batches are not to big anyway. Definitely better than a gym.

I would rate it 4.5/5 because of great infrastructure in terms of working space and equipments available, knowledgeable and passionate trainer who gives personal attention to each and every person. Would recommend it to people of all ages, and especially for those looking for something different from the regular work out session at the gym
