Level gone down drastically. All good old staff being sacked one by one . Its service industry and there are preferences but i think the owner fails to understand this . Service quality attitude lots of problems .

Sent my mother for a body massage(60min), steam and shower(15min) on her birthday, feeling really good about it. Turned out to be completely opposite. The masseuse was noob, probably her first time, doing it with her very rough hands. Water issues and many other things that my mother told me about, not at all what i expected from such a big name. Sad experience. Not coming back here for sure.
