Most pathetic after sales. Bought a mirror last week and was assured delivery and installation included in pricing. Goes for billing and we have a delivery charge in garb of Green tax. Fine go ahead. Gets installed by their bloke. 2 days later it comes crashing down. Grazing the show wall of my brand new home. Shoddy work is evident from the way the hooks have been pushed into the wall and when you call the store heavens in the name of client servicing!!!! Some Janak named fella tells you get the material checked that you have used must not be good to hold. As if this is the only thing hanging on the wall. Well, I am not sure about that but it surely will be the last thing in my house from Furniturewala.
