I have been there! The worst rooms I have ever seen in my life, no heating system, non condition-air, beds are old, rooms are dirty, no safy-box in the room, breakfast is poor, doors locks with the key its 21th century they need to make cards for entering the room! hotel stuff doesnt speak english normally, and also my money have been stolen from the room and when i asked the receoptionist to help me to call a police they just looked at me like they didnt know whats goin on, they didnt want to help me noway.. and im sure they stole it, cuz the door havnt been broken so tht means some1 of the hotel stuff got in it..

it was great stay with great hotel location with nice breakfast option, wifi was with great speed , front desk helped me with quick check in , service staff was great ,quality of food is excellent,and really tea was wonderful ,no complaints with them highly recommended to all.

I booked the hotel and call the owner just to let him now i am coming.He asked me where are u from.?I said i am from mp and work in delhi.he said ok come.Now when i reached hotel he was not their at hotel.when i called him he said we cant give you a room because you are from delhi.He didnt even bother to check my id.simply suggested me to find anyother hotel.And it was 10pm.He asked me to find some other hotel in karolbagh.So please beware..i will not at all recommend this hotel to anybody. Reply to owners review: Oh come on sir why do u have to lie just to get good reviews.? You didnt not even bother to come at hotel and check my id.If i am a resident of MP ,working in delhi ,how can i have an id of delhi?Moreover, i spoke to goibibo again regarding this and escalated the issue.They are going to share the compelete recording of the conversation which they had with the owner and me.Sonu the goibibo rep. Told me according to the rules you should get the room but the owner is not willing to listen anything. He then suggested me to give a feedback.I have been booking rooms through goibibo from quite a long time and visited places like mumbai,indore,kol and have been using the same id through out and their was no problem at any hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
