Lack of process and communication transparency and professionalism. Got my Nexus and iPAD screens replaced. Phones / tablet works fine - so no issues right now on the workmanship. During the repair process however I was informed that unless I supply the passwords - I will not get any warranty - this was news to me since during the initial as well as when my devices were picked up no such conditions were put forward. Cost wise - 3400 for the LG Nexus (On phone I was told it would be 2700) ....... and 4000 for the iPAD (On phone I was told 3000 to 3500)
