Ashok BavejaVery principled service. While browsing for shades, my specs got damaged accidentally at their shop. They immediately said they will take care of it without any cost to me. And they did it through the company( Essilor) timely and always keeping me informed. They were not really obliged to do this and I had not bought anything from them, yet they felt customer confidence is important to them. Amazing and they have made me their lifelong customer ! vivek mittalI had bought a YSL glares from gem opticians, ambience mall vasant kunj for Rs. 13500/- On 24.3.2015 with 1 year warranty. 1. I spotted a crack in my frame, thereafter i went to gem opticians where they promised me to repair with my satisfaction 2. > Safilo India Pvt. Ltd. are the dealer in YSL, had written to them also who clearly said now they do not have the dealership of YSL and cleary said that the product will be replaced by Gem opticians only. 3 Instead of replacing the product which is in warranty, still gem opticians people applied adhesive ,which is not at all useful and further i would like to mention the crack is more visible/prominent which is not expected from a company like ysl and a store like gem opticians. 4,.Gem opticians is making fool of consumers, selling the product when > Safilo India Pvt. Ltd. had already withdrawn their dealership
