Anubhav JainTeamLease indeed one of the largest staffing provider but have the worst service ever. They do not respond to any calls from people on their Payroll which causes a lot of harassment and issues in getting small things solved.

MS SHIFALI ARORA So called CAREER CONSULTANT MS SHIFALI ARORA doesnt know how to treat job seekers... she called me on 01.08.16 a day before the interview date to fix my interview with ILMP Technologies at 3:30 pm on 02.08.16. I took a leave from ofce to go for the interview and she informed me at 3:00 that your interview has been cancelled because the opening has been closed that to be on message. She didnt even feel the need to inform via call. I want to ask SENIOR PERSON of TEAMLEASE, What kind of unprofessional behaviour this was???? You have no worth of the candidature time and emotions? YOU should keep your employers updated with the rules and regulation.. This is the worst experience till now. And after showing my anger on her she said she is black listing me. I am who the hell is MS SHIFALI ARORA, WHAT DOES SHE THINKS OF HERSELF???? You better should FIRE such employees else train them to how to behave professionally with the people. She is a BIG SHAME to your company all i can say.
