DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS! They can manage small frames and seem like nice people, but the minute they deliver damaged goods you will have to hear a torrent of abuse from them if you have the nerve to complain. I made the mistake of giving them business of over Rs. 10K. I picked up the items bubble wrapped and got home to find the frames horribly damaged, scratched and gouged out, but concealed by being painted over. When I called them, they insisted I had damaged the frame. I wonder who painted over the frames after damaging all the wood then. They were abusive, blamed everything on me, asked us to bring the items back (over 7 kgs weight of frames) after several days gap as they would be closed (for what? Lajpat Market is closed on Mondays, this was the middle of the week), in spite of it being their mistake. They continuously lied and insisted there could be no damage as they had supervised everything, in spite of the evidence being in front of my eyes. These are clearly not honest people, do business with them at your own risk. You have been warned.
