    Dear AMR Investors, A few points about the AMR Adventure Mall , 1. Breach in Boundary wall – Breach in two places. Farming is going on. If one has not been able to remove them in 11 years, they are with the company’s consent to create legal issues. 2. Flooding of Basement Parking – One rainfall and the basement fills up to 1.5 – 2 feet of water. All your expensive cars will drown. The site needs a moat (sump) to collect the water and prevent water from flooding the basement. 3. Non- Operational Lifts – The two lifts have not been working for the last 03 years. The state now is that you just can’t call an operator to start them. They need a major overhaul. 4. Fire Fighting Systems – Not more than 5 percent has been completed. The contractor left for non-payment of dues. 5. Electrical Works – Major investment required as no meter room, no cabling. Adhoc pulling of cables in the few offices made. It is temporary system as if for a wedding pandal. 6. Electricity Connection – AMR has not applied for an Electricity connection. No electricity on site since 01 Aug 2016 since nonpayment of dues of Rs 2 lakh. 7. Metered Water Connection- Site is working on bore wells and bottled water being supplied for drinking. AMR needs to apply for a water connection. 8. CCTV – Defunct state. The OEM refuses to do repairs as payment not made. Dues 9 lakhs. 9. Stores – Last 04 years no construction. Store has mostly written off items whose shelf life is over. Non usable items. 10. Power back up – A generator on the site has been used to construct the building. There is no back up. 11. Air conditioning plants - A building needs air conditioning plants. It is has few split Air Conditioners to show the façade of air conditioning. 12. Staff onsite – They have a site supervisor Gyan whose only qualification is that he is the son of an ex-headman of the adjacent village. One marketing boy Saurabh. One electrician and one priest. 13. Sewerage – No sewerage. One jumbo sized Sintex tank kept in the basement. 14. Security – There were 17 guards previously in January 2016. 03 months salary not paid. Eventually one gate was shut down to reduce the number of guards. Problem still not resolved. Dues of the guards at 8500 pm are still running 2-3 months late. 15. Sample flat- The home cum office concept was launched by AMR. The concept has failed miserably. The furniture and interior fittings need to be removed and place demolished. 16. Adventure Games – There was no intention of AMR to do anything with Adventure. Other builders make sample flats, this one put adventure games free of cost the whole year around to attract customers. 31 March 2016 the games people were also shunted out. They were being bank rolled by AMR and did their job of making fools of the customers. Their utility is over so they are out now. 17. Leasing – AMR has not been able to get a single customer to work on the site till date. 18. Horticulture – Some 7 months ago the horticulture people were sacked. There is no gardener on site and the place now resembles a jungle. 19. Permission for Construction- There is no permission for construction from Greater Noida Authority as the 7 year period has expired. 20. Dues to Contractors / Vendors – Many vendors have to be paid as they have not been paid for more than 2-3 years.
