Very poor service. I am a farmer. My 3kw solar water plant not working since last 35-40 days. I am continual complaining about this, but no action was taken from this company. My crops are destroyed due to lack of water. Now I feel cheated by this company. Now after 40 days they (so called ethical) said that we are not going to repair your solar water pump. You may complain where you would like and we will not repair your water pump. When I call them they did not pick up my phone. Now what can I do.
