Vanishree VijayI went to this Passport Office yesterday. Yes, this place is not good. The people working over there were courteous and except for the waiting time everything was smooth. I have been to PSK and have waited there also for all the 3 steps equal to 2+ hours. Here also it took me about 3 hours to finish the task but my experience was good.

Ashish PatniI went to this Passport Office (reluctantly) as I was getting PSK appointment after more than 2 weeks which was very late for me. Though I read lot of negative reviews for this place but some recent reviews helped me in making up my mind. Yes, this place is not great as there is no AC and in fact when I reached there, their was no electricity either but still the place was functional. The people working over there were courteous and except for the waiting time everything was smooth. I have been to PSK and have waited there also for all the 3 steps equal to 2+ hours. Here also it took me about 3 hours to finish the task but my experience was good. There is a photocopy machine in the Canteen on the ground floor if required. I am giving 1 star less to the full 5 star rating because of the electricity thing otherwise the functioning of the place is fine.

SAMANT JHARegional Passport office for west UP located in Ghaziabad town. You are supposed to visit this office only in case your passport application form is having some issues and not cleared by the Kaushambi Passport office. Good supportive staff but very crowded and is not open for public dealing on all Working days. Please check the list of working days before you visit this office.

shilpi dubeyThere are so many negative reviews about this office however my experience was completely opposite to all negative reviews. My passport was stuck due to adverse police verification. As i am a tenant and i dont have my own house as permanent address. Therefore i was quite worried about the next step. When I visited GZB regional office, staff helped me with the right process and made a declaration signed. They have been very helpful and fast in service. I got my passport within a week after this visit.

himanshu gargWorst place to visit. Its a pure sarkaari office. No one cares for your time. They will keep you moving from one door to another door and it certainly delays the whole process. They have long cues and no management. Its better you go there early morning and book your slot.
