Flats are good, have bigger balconies in every flat. View is good where you can see from both the side. Doors qualities are not good. You can find gaps in doors either from upper side or down side. Second, tiles quality and the way they have fixed it is not professional.

Satisfactory. Great location.You will love architecture. But there are lot of Towers, Park is small. Project will complete with moderate speed. They can do much better. Wish them good luck.

Horrible Experience !!! I booked a 3 bedroom unit back in 2010 and still waiting for possession and they are not even allowing me to get the registry done due to elections and they fear govt. might change. Giving me an option of power of attorney which is of total waste and meaningless On top of it they keep on asking about additional amount for interest , why would someone pay whole amount when you are interested in handing over the unit

Best floor plan with very big balconies.. Very close to Ryan International and just 300 meters from 130 wide road where metro is also coming... Openess is pretty decent..
