I would have given negative rating, absolutely worst service, First AC was a defected piece and to give second one as replacement my parents had to call him 100 times and he took one month even after my father went to his shop 10 times. ( Me and my brother live in different cities so my father only had to take care of the setup). Also people he sent to setup ac did not setup properly, they drilled wall wrongly because of which drain water instead of going out is falling inside the room through ac duct only. Completely fed-up . Shop people would not pick up phone or answer properly whats so ever. Thinking if we could have got the AC from somewhere else, online would have been a good idea though haha.
